By accessing and using the LARI CZ website and/or providing your personal data, you confirm that you agree to the collection and processing of personal data under Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and, from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, for the purpose of handling your order, inquiry, or any other service offered on this website. Your consent is valid until withdrawn. We act in full compliance with all legal requirements, and any data you provide will be secured and used solely to fulfill the business transaction, improve our services, or as required by law.
Under no circumstances will we share your personal data with third parties. Your data will be used exclusively to process your order, inquiry, or other service, for necessary accounting operations, issuing tax documents, identifying your bank transfer payment, or ensuring the correct delivery of goods. What, Why and How We Process
We process only the data you provide to us. This allows us to deliver high-quality services, prepare a quote, fulfill contracts, and meet our legal obligations to issue tax documents and maintain accounting records.

- Billing information (company name, Company ID, VAT ID, bank account numbers)
Address and billing information are required to fulfill the contract and comply with legal obligations for issuing and recording tax documents.
Email address and telephone enable us to send you necessary documents and information electronically, provide quotes, and communicate with you—only if you wish.
We also use data about your email interactions (what you click and when you open) to send you offers and information that match your interests. You can unsubscribe via the link in any of our emails.
Transfer to Third Parties
Your data is accessible by our customer service, accounting, and marketing teams. All are bound by confidentiality and trained in data security.
When necessary, data may be shared with our IT administrator, legal advisors, or shipping companies. We also use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic.
IP, Cookies and More

The primary data source and sink for MajorShop is the HELIOS Orange ERP system, where data can be further processed, deleted, or anonymized.
